The Better Access initiative provides Medicare rebates to assist individuals access mental health professionals and care, regardless of where they live.
To access this rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
For clients who are pension or concession card holders, unemployed, or experiencing financial hardship, bulk-billing services are also available.
