Three levels of Support Coordination Categories & Funding:
Level 1: Support Connection (07_001_0106_8_3) = $74.63 / hour
Level 2: Support Coordination (07_002_0106_8_3) = $100.14 / hour
Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination (07_004_0132_8_3) = $190.54 / hour
Assessment, Recommendation Therapy or Training - Social Worker (15_621_0128_1_3) = $193.99 / hour
If you have the price guide line item of (15_621_0128_1_3) Assessment, Recommendation Therapy & Training - Social Worker, under the Capacity Building/Improved Daily Living Skills category in your funding, please contact me and we can discuss fees through your NDIS Plan funding (self and plan managed clients).
